Tree Landscape Painting, Sunset Painting, Spanish Moss and Live Oak, Small Oil Painting, Daily Painting

I am trying to capture that moment when the whole world has a golden glow.  My image showed a live oak, draped in spanish moss with the sun setting in the background.

I struggled a lot with the colors.  Not sure I got it right.

This is a subject that I intend to revisit.  I have just returned from a Elio Comacho workshop and will try to apply some of his techniques to this landscape.
